About the Organization

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Tharparkar at Mithi, has invited applications from eligible candidates possessing Domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of District Tharparkar for various vacant positions within the District & Sessions Court, Tharparkar at Mithi.

Instructions for Serial No. 1 and 2 (Stenographer & Junior Clerk)

1. Candidates must fill in the online application form through www.nts.org.pk and deposit the application fee of Rs. 800 through an online challan/slip. Payment can be made via 1Link 1Bill, participating banks, ATM, internet banking, mobile banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or TCS Express counters. Manual applications will not be accepted, and the fee is non-refundable.
2. Candidates must upload their CNIC (front and back), Domicile/PRC, Form-D, one recent photograph, and all educational documents, including the marks sheet with percentage from the relevant board.
3. Candidates should use only their original, active mobile number in the online application.
4. The date, time, and venue of the test will be communicated via SMS alerts; candidates should regularly check the NTS portal for updates.
5. In case of any objection during scrutiny, candidates will be notified via SMS and given three days to respond, failing which the application will be rejected.
6. No queries regarding the scheduled MCQ test will be entertained within two weeks of the written examination.

Instructions for Serial No. 3 to 10 (Driver, Bailiff, Naib Qasid, Farash, Chowkidar, Sweeper, Mali)

1. Candidates must submit applications on the prescribed form, downloadable from the official website of the District & Sessions Court Tharparkar, along with attested copies of educational documents, CNIC, Domicile/PRC, and two passport-size photographs, sent by hand or through post/courier to the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Tharparkar, Judicial Complex, Mithi.
2. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application form for each post.
3. Applications or documents received after the closing date, or found incomplete, will not be entertained.

General Instructions for All Posts

• Applications containing false, exaggerated, or misleading information will be rejected, and employment may be terminated at any stage.
• Candidates already serving in government service and meeting the eligibility criteria may also apply through the proper channel.
• For candidates with three years' experience in any government department, the age limit shall be 21–30 years for Serial Nos. 1 and 2, and 20–30 years for Serial Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10.
• Candidates up to 5 years over the prescribed age limit, if successful in the test/interview, may have their individual case submitted to the Honourable Chief Justice of the High Court of Sindh for approval of age relaxation.
• Candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview.
• The decision of the Selection Committee will be final.
• The number of posts mentioned may be increased or decreased without notice.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
• A 5% quota for persons with disabilities is applicable.
• Female candidates are also encouraged to apply.
• The cut-off date for age calculation will be the last date for submission of applications, September 11, 2026.
