About the Organization

The Ministry of Science and Technology is looking for a dynamic individual with strong leadership, communication, and management skills to head the Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR), a public-sector organization under its administrative control.

Eligibility Criteria

Chairman, PCSIR – 01 Post

• Qualification (any one):PhD degree (Natural/Applied Sciences), with 7 years of post-qualification experience in the field of research, development, and scientific work; or
• Master’s degree (Natural/Applied Sciences), with 9 years of post-qualification experience in the field of research, development, and scientific work.
• Preferred: Experience in Administration/Financial Management at a senior level.
• Age limit: Maximum 62 years on the closing date of the advertisement.
• Tenure: 3-year contract.
• Nationality: Pakistani.
• Domicile: Merit.

Pay Package

The salary package follows the MP-I Scale, as determined by the Finance Division from time to time.
