About the Opportunity

Pakistan Navy is inviting applications from eligible male citizens of Pakistan to join as PN Cadets for Permanent Commission, in two branch categories:

1. Engineering Branches
2. Operations and Supply Branches

Eligibility Criteria (Applicable to Both Branch Categories)

Nationality: Male Citizens of Pakistan.

Age (as on May 15, 2027):

• Civilians (Unmarried): 16½ – 21 years
• Service Candidates (Armed Forces in Uniform only, Married/Unmarried): 17–23 years

Height: Minimum 5'4"

Educational Qualification

The candidate must have passed both Matric and FSc or O/A Level with at least 60% marks in the following subject combinations:

For Engineering Branches: Physics, Maths & Chemistry (Pre-Engineering)

For Operations and Supply Branches: Any one of the following combinations:

• Physics, Maths & Chemistry
• Physics, Maths & Computer Science
• Physics, Maths & Statistics

Additional Notes (Both Categories)

• Pre-Medical students may also apply, provided they qualify additional mathematics in their FSc or A Level studies before March 15, 2027.
• Candidates with O/A Level qualifications are required to submit an IBCC equivalence certificate.
• FSc appearing candidates with at least 65% marks in Part-1 can also apply. They are required to provide a hope certificate from the head of their respective college/institute and complete their FSc/HSSC equivalent examination before May 15, 2027.
• If a candidate fails to attain 60% marks after providing a hope certificate, they will be disqualified at any stage of the selection process/discharged during training.
