The Pakistan Armed Services Board (PASB) Department, Ministry of Defence, has invited applications from retired Armed Forces officers for re-employment against 14 vacancies: 1 Director (BS-19) at PASB Sectt Rawalpindi, 4 Deputy Director (BS-18) posts across Peshawar, Mardan, Sahiwal, and Okara, and 9 Assistant Director (BS-17) posts across Chitral, Tank, Bannu, Khuzdar, Badin, Gilgit, Larkana, Rahim Yar Khan, and Vehari. Eligible candidates must be retired officers of Colonel/Lieutenant Colonel rank or equivalent for the Director post, and Lieutenant Colonel/Major rank or equivalent for Deputy Director and Assistant Director posts, from the Army, Navy, or Air Force, with maximum age limits of 55, 52, and 50 years respectively, and war-wounded retired officers given preference. Interested candidates should submit the prescribed application form, downloadable from www.pasb.mod.gov.pk, along with photographs, CNIC copy, qualification certificates, retirement order copy, and CV, to the PASB Secretariat, Rawalpindi, within 15 days of the advertisement's publication.

General Instructions

• Maximum age will be calculated from the closing date of applications.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA is admissible.
• Incomplete and late applications will not be entertained.
• Candidates may apply for more than one post; however, separate applications must be submitted for each post/station.
• War-wounded retired Armed Forces officers will be given preference.
• Applications must be submitted on the prescribed form, downloadable from the official website www.pasb.mod.gov.pk.

The prescribed application form requires the following information: post applied for with station, personal number/rank/name, parent unit/corps/branch, date of birth, date of commission, date of SOD/SOS, cause of retirement, medical category (with details if applicable), highest civil qualification, military qualifications, awards/certificates (if any), detailed experience/service profile, employment details after retirement, present employment (if any), domicile district, last 5 years' OERs (if known), postal address, and contact number.
