About the Organization

The Provincial Assembly of Sindh has invited applications from Pakistani nationals having domicile of Sindh Province for appointment against the following vacant posts on a temporary basis, likely to be made permanent after successful completion of the probation period, as per requisite criteria.

Terms and Conditions / General Instructions

1. Fresh applications will be considered separately for each post.
2. Applications, along with a detailed CV/Bio-data, attested copies of domicile, PRC, CNIC, educational and experience certificates, other relevant documents, contact number, and three recent passport-size photographs, should be submitted through courier to the Administration Branch, Room No. 121, Provincial Assembly of Sindh, Court Road, Saddar, Karachi.
3. The last date for submission of applications is September 23, 2026.
4. Special quotas shall be observed as per the Government of Sindh's rules and policies.
5. A general age relaxation of up to 5 years in the upper age limit shall be applicable as per Sindh Government policy.
6. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased, and no claim in this regard shall be entertained.
7. Candidates already in Government service should apply through the proper channel.
8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
9. Security clearance/medical examination will be conducted for selected candidates only.
10. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application for each post.
11. The Secretariat reserves the right to reject any application(s) or cancel the entire recruitment process without assigning any reason. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained in this regard.
12. Information provided by applicants during the appointment process will be verified in case of an offer of appointment. In case of any false or forged information, the Sindh Assembly reserves the right to cancel candidature at any stage (even after employment) on any ground whatsoever.
13. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
