Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Minimum B.Sc. Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign university.
• Valid license from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
• Candidates with a degree from a foreign university must submit an HEC equivalency certificate at the time of interview.

Minimum Experience:

• 3 years post-degree experience in estimation, BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation, practical site inspection, or construction experience with a local or foreign registered company/firm.
• Prior experience dealing with contractors/vendors will be an added advantage.
