National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) has announced openings for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) at the Officer Grade-III level, with postings available across 14 cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and Quetta, among others. Eligible candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institution, with both fresh graduates and experienced professionals encouraged to apply, and must be a maximum of 40 years of age as of the application submission deadline. Interested candidates should apply online through www.sidathyder.com.pk/careers within 10 working days of the advertisement's publication, uploading their CV, valid Special CNIC or disability certificate, photograph, and educational documents; selected candidates will serve on a renewable three-year contract at their initial place of posting for a minimum of three years.

Eligibility Criteria

Education/Qualification: A minimum Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institution.

Experience: Fresh graduates, as well as candidates with prior professional experience, are encouraged to apply.

Age: Maximum 40 years, as on the last date of application submission.

• There should be one attachment per tab, and each attachment must be less than 10 MB.
• Applications received after the due date, or containing incomplete or false information, will be rejected.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the assessment test/interview.
• Candidates will be evaluated strictly on the basis of the defined eligibility criteria.
• Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for a mandatory assessment test. Further processing may include panel interviews.
• The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant on suitability for the vacant position(s).
• Employment will be on an NBP contract for a period of three years, which may be renewed on the basis of overall performance, as per applicable Bank policies.
• Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits in accordance with the Bank's policies/rules.
• Position/designation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and suitability for available roles.
• In case of selection, candidates will be required to serve at their initial place of posting for a minimum period of three years, and no request for transfer will be entertained.
