National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) Jobs 2026 – HR Management Career Opportunities

The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) has announced new career opportunities in its Human Resource Management division. Experienced and qualified professionals are invited to apply for senior management positions on a contract basis.

The advertised positions include Senior Chief Medical Officer (SCMO), Learning Manager, and Regional HR Business Partner. These roles are available in Karachi, Multan, and Gujranwala, Quetta, Sheikhupura and Sibbi.

Candidates should possess the required educational qualifications from HEC-recognized institutions along with relevant professional experience. Applicants with higher qualifications, professional certifications and banking-sector experience will be preferred where applicable.

Selected candidates will be offered employment on a three-year contract, which may be renewed at the discretion of the Bank's management. Only candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria will be shortlisted for interviews. The last date to apply online is within 10 working days of the publication of the advertisement.
