About the Organization

Jinnah Medical Construction Company (JMC) is a public-sector company established by the Government of Pakistan for the planning, development, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness of the Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Centre (JMC&RC), Islamabad. JMC has invited applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer at its Islamabad office, for appointment on a contract basis for 3 years or until completion of the JMC&RC project (whichever is earlier), on a market-based/industry-competitive pay package.

Eligibility Criteria

Chief Executive Officer (JMC-01) – 01 Post

• Qualification: Graduate degree in Engineering, Business/Public Administration, Finance/Economics, Project Management, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute. Higher qualifications are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 25 years of professional experience, including 10 years in senior executive leadership and 3 years in major infrastructure/development projects. Experience as CEO or in senior management in commercially oriented organizations, with a proven record of delivering mega-projects, preferably worth PKR 100 billion or above in aggregate. International/multilateral financial institution experience is preferred.
• Key Skills: Strategic leadership, mega-project delivery, corporate governance, procurement, contract and financial management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and organizational leadership.
• Age range: 50–70 years.

Pay Package

A market-based/industry-competitive pay package will be offered. No specific salary figures are stated.
