Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC), a government-owned company executing the World Bank-funded Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP) across 16 tehsils of Punjab, has announced 4 vacancies at its Lahore Head Office: Chief Operating Officer (Operations) (PPS-11), Sr. Manager Procurement (PPS-10), GIS Specialist (PPS-09), and Assistant Manager Programming (PPS-07). Candidates need a Master's degree or BSc Engineering/relevant Bachelor's degree, with 3 to 10 years of relevant experience depending on seniority, including at least 4–5 years on similar projects. No age limit is stated. Applications must be submitted online through the Punjab Job Portal (jobs.punjab.gov.pk), with educational certificates, experience certificates, and other supporting documents attached, by 26 October 2026 (Monday). Serving government employees need a valid NOC. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview, with no TA/DA admissible. For queries, contact PRMSC, 5th Floor, KD Plaza, MM Alam Road, Lahore, at (042) 99333609 or recruitment.prmsc@punjab.gov.pk.

About the Organization

Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) is a government-owned, not-for-profit company, incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. The company is executing a World Bank-funded project titled "Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP)" in 16 selected tehsils of Punjab Province. PRMSC has invited applications for four positions at its Head Office.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Chief Operating Officer (Operations) (COO) – PPS-11 – 01 Post

• Education: Master's degree in Business Administration/Public Administration/Public Policy, or BSc Engineering with a Master's in Business Administration.
• Experience: Generally, 10 years of relevant work experience in public administration, project management, public-sector governance, infrastructure development, and engineering-related projects. At least 5 years of experience working in similar projects/assignments.
• Note: In case of a BSc Engineering degree, general experience will be counted from the date of completion of the engineering degree.

2. Sr. Manager Procurement – PPS-10 – 01 Post

• Education: Master's degree in Procurement & Contracts Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or BSc Engineering.
• Experience: Generally, 8 years of relevant work experience in matters related to procurement, bids administration, etc. At least 4 years of experience working in similar projects/assignments.

3. GIS Specialist – PPS-09 – 01 Post

• Education: Master's degree in GIS/Space Sciences.
• Experience: Generally, 8 years of relevant work experience in matters related to GIS mapping, MIS, and database administration. At least 4 years of experience working in similar projects/assignments.

4. Assistant Manager Programming – PPS-07 – 01 Post

• Education: BS/BSc in Computer Science, IT, or MIS.
• Experience: Generally, 3 years of relevant work experience in matters related to computer programming, ICT, etc.

Terms & Conditions

• Incomplete applications, those not meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria, or not accompanied by the required supporting documents, shall not be considered.
• All degrees must be obtained from institutions recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
• In case of a large number of applicants, PRMSC reserves the right to set shortlisting criteria, including threshold marks and/or ratio of candidates, to be considered for the next stage of the recruitment process.
