The Special Education Department, Government of Punjab, has announced 17 Trainer vacancies under the Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Khud-Mukhtar (E-Earn Trainings) Program, covering Lahore (6), Rawalpindi (2), Multan (2), Bahawalpur (2), Faisalabad (2), Sheikhupura (1), D.G. Khan (1), and Sargodha (1). Trainers will teach Digital Literacy, Social Media, E-Commerce, and YouTube skills, placed in each district for 5 months or until the program ends, with a fixed lump-sum salary of Rs. 220,000 per month. Candidates need a BS in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Commerce, or a related field, plus 4 years of professional experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, content creation, or related areas. The age limit is 22 to 40 years, with government relaxation already included. Applicants must be Pakistani nationals and should apply by post to the Khud-Mukhtar Program Cell, DGSE, 31-Shershah Block, New Garden Town, Lahore, by 10 October 2026. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview, and no TA/DA will be paid.

About the Organization

The Special Education Department, Government of Punjab, is hiring Professional Trainers for the "Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Khud-Mukhtar (E-Earn Trainings) Program." Selected trainers will be placed at each district for a fixed period of 5 months, or until the program is completed, whichever comes first.

Eligibility Criteria

Trainers (Digital Literacy, Social Media, E-Commerce & YouTube) – 17 Posts

• Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Commerce, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: 4 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • E-commerce operations (Daraz, Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, etc.)
  • Digital marketing and social media management
  • Digital content creation, freelancing, and online business management
  • Graphic design and video editing
• Additional relevant experience (any of the following is a plus): running online stores, digital sales, online product promotions, social media advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads), YouTube channel management, content monetization, and digital media marketing.
• Age limit: 22–40 years (age relaxation as per government policy is already included; no further relaxation will be granted).

Pay Package

A fixed lump-sum salary of Rs. 220,000 per month is offered for all Trainer positions, regardless of district, for the 5-month program duration.

• Candidates already working in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies may apply through the proper channel from their respective department, along with an NOC.
• The candidate must be a Pakistani national.
• Only shortlisted candidates fulfilling the above criteria will be called for an interview.
• Candidates must produce original documents, along with a set of attested copies of all relevant documents, at the time of interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for the interview.
• Age relaxation as per government policy has already been included in the age limit shown above. No further relaxation will be granted.
