About the Organization

The National Police Foundation (NPF) has invited applications from highly qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for appointment to 12 positions on a purely contract basis. The roles span legal advisory, finance, security operations, housing scheme administration, marketing, civil works, testing and assessment services (TAS), and software development.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Legal Adviser – 01 Post (Max Age: 50)

• Education: LLB from an HEC-recognized university, with valid enrolment as an Advocate High Court or Supreme Court. LLM is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in legal practice, in government, semi-government, autonomous bodies, the public sector, or a reputable law firm, including legal advisory work, contracts and agreements, corporate matters, and civil and criminal litigation.
• Preferred: Experience in public-sector advisory, procurement, and legislative or regulatory matters.

2. Director Finance – 01 Post (Max Age: 50)

• Education: Master's/Bachelor's (16 years) degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. CA, ACMA, CMA, or ACCA (or an equivalent professional qualification) is preferred, along with relevant professional membership where applicable.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience, including at least 8 years in a senior/managerial finance position, preferably in a government/public-sector organization, autonomous body, statutory organization, or large-scale public/private organization. Experience in financial management, budgeting, audit, taxation, financial reporting, investment, revenue management, regulatory compliance, and commercial/revenue-generating projects is preferred.

3. Additional Director Security (Operations) – 01 Post (Max Age: 52)

• Education: Master's/Bachelor's (16 years) degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, Security Management, or an equivalent related field from an HEC-recognized university.
• Alternative: Retired Armed Forces officers of the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent, or equivalent Police/Law Enforcement officers with relevant operational security experience, may also be considered.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in command, security operations, operational planning, training, and management of security personnel. A Special Operations/Special Forces and Staff Course qualification, plus experience with Police/Law Enforcement agencies, is preferred.

4. Deputy Assistant Director (Marketing) – 01 Post (Max Age: 35)

• Education: Master's/Bachelor's (16 years) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Management from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in marketing, business development, sales, corporate relations, or project marketing, preferably in a public-sector or commercial organization.

5. Deputy Assistant Director (Works) – 01 Post (Max Age: 35)

• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board/institution.
• Experience: Mandatory 3 years of relevant experience in the government sector, in civil works, infrastructure, housing, or real estate projects, including preparation of BOQs, engineer's estimates, site surveys, quantity take-offs, technical reports, and project documentation. Experience in preparing and reviewing drawings, specifications, and cost estimates is preferred.

6. Deputy Assistant Director TAS (Operations) – 01 Post (Max Age: 35)

• Education: Master's/Bachelor's (16 years) degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science/IT, or an equivalent related field from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Up to 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in testing and assessment, examination management, recruitment testing, project coordination, or related operations, preferably in government/public-sector, autonomous bodies, educational institutions, testing agencies, or large-scale organizations. Experience in planning and conducting large-scale examinations, CBT/physical testing, candidate management, result processing, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination is preferred.

7. Deputy Assistant Director TAS (Development) – 01 Post (Max Age: 35)

• Education: Master's/Bachelor's (16 years) degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science/IT, or an equivalent related field from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Up to 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in testing and assessment, examination systems, recruitment testing, educational technology, project development, or related fields, preferably in government/public-sector, autonomous bodies, educational institutions, testing agencies, or large-scale organizations. Experience in developing and improving testing systems, CBT platforms, assessment methodologies, test design, digital workflows, data management, quality assurance, and implementing new testing initiatives is preferred.

8. Deputy Assistant Director (Finance & Accounts) – 01 Post (Max Age: 35)

• Education: Master's/Bachelor's (16 years) degree in Accounting & Finance or an equivalent related field from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Up to 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, budgeting, audit, or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, autonomous body, or reputable private-sector organization.

9. Administrator (Housing Scheme) – 02 Posts (Max Age: 50)

• Requirement: Retired Armed Forces personnel of the rank of Subedar-Major or equivalent, and retired Police/Law Enforcement personnel of the rank of Inspector or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant experience in administration, estate, or housing scheme management, preferably in a public/private housing scheme, DHA, Cantonment, or a similar organization.

10. Senior Software Engineer (TAS) – 01 Post (Max Age: 45)

• Education: MS/MPhil degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Over 10 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field in reputable organizations.
• Skills: Proficiency in PHP (Laravel), MySQL, and MSSQL Server; basic familiarity with REST APIs and third-party service integration; understanding of deployment practices and codebase management.

11. Junior Developer (TAS) – 01 Post (Max Age: 35)

• Education: Bachelor's (16 years) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in application support or payment systems is preferred.
• Skills: Understanding of payment flows, APIs, and transaction processing; familiarity with digital payment ecosystems and banking systems; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SQL is a plus; strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

12. Assistant (TAS) – 01 Post (Max Age: 35)

• Education: F.A or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience.

Terms & Conditions

• Appointments are purely on a contract basis for an initial period of 2 years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance, organizational requirement, and mutual consent.
• Cut-off date for age calculation is the closing date, 15-10-2026.
• An upper age relaxation of 5 years applies as per Federal Government Rules.
