The National Police Foundation (NPF) has announced 25 contract-based vacancies across 15 positions in its Infrastructure Development and Architecture Directorate (IDAD) – PMU, with headquarters in Islamabad. Posts range from General Manager (Construction, PPS-09) and four Manager roles (PPS-08) to Assistant Managers, Visual Artist, Sub Engineers, Assistant Finance, Assistant Contracts & Procurement, Surveyors, CAD Operators, Site Supervisors, and a Draftsman (PPS-04 to PPS-07). Qualifications run from a Diploma/DAE to BE/BSc Civil Engineering with PEC registration, B.Arch with PCATP registration, or MBA/ACMA/CA (Finalist), with 2 to 12 years of experience depending on the post and maximum ages of 30 to 55 years. Contracts run for an initial 2 years, extendable by 1 year at a time. Applications (PID(I)2644/26) must be submitted only online through www.npftas.pk by 5 October 2026, with a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 per post paid through 1Link-1Bill. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test or interview. For queries, call 051-8466800 or email info@npftas.pk.

About the Organization

The National Police Foundation (NPF) is recruiting skilled, experienced, and motivated professionals for its Project Management Unit (PMU) within the Infrastructure Development and Architecture Directorate (IDAD). The 15 positions, covering 25 vacancies, are offered purely on a contract basis and span engineering, architecture, finance, contracts and procurement, and technical support roles. Its headquarters are at 4-Mauve Area, Sector G-10/4, Islamabad.

Eligibility Criteria

1. General Manager (Construction) – PPS-09 – 01 Post

• Education: BE/BSc in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with PEC registration as a Professional Engineer. A Master's in Construction Management or Project Management is preferred.
• Experience: At least 12 years after qualification in construction, project execution, technical sanction, delivery of public-sector development projects, contract administration, and infrastructure development. This must include 7 years in PPS-08 or an equivalent position in a government or public-sector organization.
• Advantage: Knowledge of Planning Commission guidelines, PPRA rules, FIDIC, and project management tools.
• Max age: 55 years.

2. Manager – Design (Head of Wing) – PPS-08 – 01 Post

• Education: Bachelor of Architecture (5 years) from an HEC-recognized university with valid PCATP registration, plus a Master's degree in Project Management.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years after qualification in designing infrastructure or housing projects.
• Max age: 40 years.

3. Manager – Engineering Works (Head of Wing) – PPS-08 – 01 Post

• Education: BSc Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university with valid PEC registration as a Professional Engineer (PE), plus a Master's in Project Management, Construction Management, or Structural Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in engineering works, civil works, infrastructure development, or project management, preferably in a public-sector body, government department, autonomous body, or reputable private organization.
• Max age: 40 years.

4. Manager – Finance – PPS-08 – 01 Post

• Education: MBA (Finance), ACMA, or CA (Finalist), or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in finance, accounts, budgeting, financial management, audit, or related areas, preferably in the public sector, a government department, an autonomous body, or a reputable private organization.
• Max age: 40 years.

5. Manager – Contracts & Procurement – PPS-08 – 01 Post

• Education: BSc Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university with valid PEC registration.
• Skills: Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in contracts, procurement, tendering, contract administration, or supply chain management, preferably in a public-sector or reputable private organization.
• Max age: 40 years.

6. Assistant Manager Design – PPS-07 – 03 Posts

• Education: Bachelor of Architecture (5 years) from an HEC-recognized university with valid PCATP registration.
• Skills: Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, and D5 Render.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in architectural design, planning, and preparing architectural drawings, preferably in a public-sector body, government department, consultancy firm, or reputable private organization.
• Max age: 35 years.

7. Assistant Manager Engineering Works – PPS-07 – 01 Post

• Education: BSc Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university with valid PEC registration.
• Skills: Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in engineering works, construction, infrastructure development, project execution, or maintenance, preferably in the public sector, an autonomous body, a consultancy, or a construction firm.
• Max age: 30 years.

8. Visual Artist – PPS-06 – 01 Post

• Education: DAE (Civil) from a recognized institution. A Diploma in Architecture will be given preference.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in architectural visualization, graphic design, 3D modelling/rendering, architectural design, or related fields.
• Skills: Experience with Lumion, 3D Studio Max, and D5. A portfolio must be submitted.
• Max age: 35 years.

9. Sub Engineer (Civil) – PPS-06 – 03 Posts

• Education: Diploma of Associate Engineering (Civil Engineering).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil engineering works, construction, infrastructure development, building maintenance, or related fields, preferably in the public sector or a reputable construction firm.
• Max age: 35 years.

10. Assistant Finance – PPS-05 – 01 Post

• Education: BS in Accounting & Finance or an equivalent degree in a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in finance, accounts, budgeting, audit, or related areas, preferably in a public-sector or reputable private organization.
• Max age: 30 years.

11. Assistant Contracts & Procurement – PPS-05 – 01 Post

• Education: BSc Civil Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain, or another related field from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in contracts, procurement, tendering, purchasing, supply chain management, or related fields.
• Max age: 35 years.

12. Surveyor – PPS-05 – 03 Posts

• Education: Diploma or Certificate in Surveying.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in land or building surveying, civil works, construction, or infrastructure development.
• Max age: 30 years.

13. CAD Operator – PPS-05 – 03 Posts

• Education: DAE (Civil) with AutoCAD proficiency.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in CAD drafting, mapping, spatial data management, digital mapping, or related fields.
• Max age: 40 years.

14. Site Supervisor – PPS-04 – 03 Posts

• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in site supervision, construction, civil works, building maintenance, or infrastructure projects.
• Max age: 30 years.

15. Draftsman – PPS-04 – 01 Post

• Education: Diploma or Certificate in Draftsmanship with AutoCAD.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in drafting, CAD drafting, or architectural/civil drawings. Experience preparing technical and working drawings is preferred.
• Max age: 30 years.

Pay Package

Each post is assigned a pay scale from PPS-04 to PPS-09 as listed above. The ad does not state any salary amounts.

Terms & Conditions

• All appointments are purely on a contract basis for an initial 2 years, extendable by 1 year at a time, subject to satisfactory performance, organizational need, and mutual consent.
• Degrees and certificates must be from HEC-recognized universities or institutes. Registration with PEC, PCATP, or the Bar Council (where applicable) is mandatory.
• Preference goes to candidates with relevant experience in NHA, CDA, Pak PWD, NESPAK, FWO, WAPDA, C&W Departments, or other government, public-sector, or semi-government organizations.
• Age is calculated up to the closing date, 05-10-2026.
• Government and semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel and present a valid NOC at the interview.
• NPF may increase or decrease the number of posts, reject any or all applications, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without giving a reason.

• Fee: Rs. 2,000 per application, per post applied for.
• Payment methods: 1Link-1Bill through any bank, ATM, internet banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or UPaisa, using the 22-digit PSID generated on the fee challan from the online application portal.
• The fee is non-refundable. Applying for more than one post requires a separate fee for each.

Selection Process

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test or interview.
• No TA/DA is payable for attending the test or interview.
• No hard-copy documents or photographs are required until the interview stage.
• Updates will be sent through the application portal, SMS, or email, so candidates should check the portal regularly.

3. Generate the fee challan, pay Rs. 2,000 per post through 1Link-1Bill using the 22-digit PSID, and complete the submission.
4. Apply before 5 October 2026 (within 15 days of the advertisement's publication).
