Sindh Police ASI Jobs 2026 – Shaheed, Deceased & Incapacitated Quota Recruitment (139 Posts)
The Police Department, Government of Sindh, has issued an addendum to its earlier recruitment advertisements, inviting fresh applications from legal heirs of Shaheed, Deceased, and Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Police Employees for 139 reserved posts of Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI, BPS-11) across Sindh's police ranges, including Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, and Larkana. This follows a Supreme Court judgment dated September 26, 2024, and eligible applicants must hold Sindh Province domicile, a Graduation degree (2nd Division), meet specified physical standards, and fall within an age limit of 21 to 28 years. Applications must be submitted online through the SIBA Testing Services (STS) portal at apply.sts.net.pk, along with a Rs. 1,500 non-refundable fee and supporting documents including death/heirship certificates and Shaheed declarations where applicable, with the last date for submission and age calculation set at October 15, 2026.
About This Recruitment
This is an addendum to advertisements No. INF-KRY/1203/24 and INF-KRY/1213/24 regarding recruitment against the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI, BPS-11) under the Shaheed, Deceased, and Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Quota in Sindh Police. In pursuance of the judgment dated September 26, 2024, passed by the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan in Civil Petition No. 3390 of 2021, and in compliance with the notification issued by the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department (Regulation Wing), Government of Sindh, dated April 30, 2026, the legal heirs of Deceased and Permanently Incapacitated Police Employees (who died or were incapacitated on or before September 26, 2024) and legal heirs of Shaheed Police Employees, having domicile of the concerned Range in Sindh Province, are invited to submit fresh application forms for the following reserved posts.

Important Notes
i. Only legal heirs of Deceased and Permanently Incapacitated Police Employees who died or were permanently invalidated/incapacitated on or before September 26, 2024, and who hold domicile of the Province of Sindh, are eligible to submit applications under this criteria.
ii. Legal heirs of Shaheed Police Employees who attained martyrdom up to the closing date for submission of applications under this advertisement, and who possess domicile of the concerned Range of Sindh Province, are eligible to apply under the Shaheed Quota.
Important Instructions
- Online application/registration must be completed on the official candidate portal of SIBA Testing Services (STS): https://apply.sts.net.pk.
- After completing the online application, candidates can download a system-generated challan of Rs. 1,500 (non-refundable), payable at any ABL Bank Ltd branch, via the MyABL App, or through the 1Bill reference number via any 1Bill-linked bank's internet banking portal.
- Candidates must upload their CNIC (front and back), Domicile, PRC/Form-D, one recent photograph, academic documents, Death Certificate, Obituary & Heirship Certificate of the Deceased/Shaheed employee, order for permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Employees (for Invalidated quota only), Declaration of Shaheed, FIR, Financial Compensation order (for Shaheed Quota only), and Affidavit of Spouse/widow and other legal heirs of Shaheed/Deceased.
- All applicants' claims will be considered, processed, and entertained as per the Sindh Police (Shaheed, Deceased, and Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Quota) Recruitment Rules, 2021.
- A second claim for recruitment against the Shaheed Quota will be entertained only for those legal heirs whose fathers, brothers, or husbands embraced shahadat after the promulgation of the Shaheed Act-2014, i.e., June 11, 2014.
- Candidates whose father/mother died or was invalidated before September 2, 2002, shall not be entitled to recruitment against the Deceased/Invalidated or Incapacitated Quota.
- Candidates whose father/mother died/was invalidated on or after September 16, 2014, are supposed to apply within two years of the death/invalidation of the employee, for recruitment against the Deceased/Invalidated Quota.
- Original certificates will be verified only for candidates called for tests/interview; any applicant making an incorrect or false declaration will be automatically disqualified at any stage.
- The reserved quota will be utilized first for the Shaheed category, followed by the deceased and permanently incapacitated categories, as per the Recruitment Rules, 2021.
- No online application shall be entertained after the last date of submission.
- Providing fictitious, exaggerated, or misleading information will result in rejection of the application and can lead to termination of employment at any stage.
- No relaxation in the upper age limit, qualification, and eligibility criteria shall be granted.
- The date, time, and venue of all tests will be intimated through online SMS alert; further updates and notifications about the test, admit slips, and results will be uploaded on the STS website/portal. Candidates must visit the portal/website from time to time.
- No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.
- Sindh Police reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
- Only candidates who qualify the Physical test will be called for the written test by SIBA Testing Service.
- Candidates who do not meet the given criteria are advised not to submit an online application.
- The last date for submission of online applications, and for calculation of the applicant's age, shall be October 15, 2026.

Eligible legal heirs should complete their online application/registration on the SIBA Testing Services (STS) portal at https://apply.sts.net.pk, pay the Rs. 1,500 non-refundable processing fee, and upload all required supporting documents before the closing date of October 15, 2026.
