Eligibility Criteria

1. Project Coordinator (1-year project) – Head Office

• Education: MBBS with MSPH/MPH.
• Experience: 10 years of experience in health management in primary healthcare, including 5 years of demonstrated experience in TB care services.
• Age limit: Maximum 55 years.

2. Project Director, PILL Project – Head Office

• Education: MPhil in Psychology.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in health system-related programs or projects, including at least 5 years in mental health research/project management. Minimum 5 research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Age limit: Maximum 55 years.

3. Project Officer (1-year project) – Head Office

• Education: MBA/MSPH/MPH.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in project management, coordination, or administration, in healthcare project programs at the provincial or regional level.
• Age limit: Maximum 50 years.

4. Deputy Chief Finance – Head Office

• Education/Experience (any one):Member of ACCA/ICMA with at least 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience, or a CA Finalist; or
• M.Com, MBA (Finance), BBA, or BS (Accounting & Finance), 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university, with at least 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

5. Public Health Specialist – All Regions

• Education: MBBS along with a Master's degree in Public Health (MPH/MSPH/FCPS or equivalent) from a recognized institute.
• Experience: At least 2 years in the relevant field, especially at the district or province level, in health-related programs/organizations.
• Note: Medical Officers working in the government sector who meet the criteria may apply through the proper channel. Upon selection, they will be entitled to an allowance, in addition to their existing government salary, as per company policy.

6. Manager MNCH – Head Office

• Education: MBBS only, or BDS with MSPH/MPH, or BSN with MSPH/MPH.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in maternal and child health.

7. Manager Finance & Accounts – Head Office

• Education/Experience (any one):Member of ACCA/ICMA with at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience, or a CA Finalist; or
• M.Com, MBA (Finance), BBA, or BS (Accounting & Finance), 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university, with at least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

8. Program Manager – Head Office

• Education: MPH, MSPH, or HPM, with 2 years of relevant experience in health and nutrition programs; or a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Public Health Nutrition/Biomedical/Pharm D with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in maternal and child health and nutrition projects.
• Experience: Must have experience working as a district lead or at the provincial level in a conditional cash transfer programme. Nutrition-project management experience will be preferred.

9. Procurement Executive (1-year project) – Head Office

• Education: MBA in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.

10. Internal Auditor – Head Office

• Education/Experience (any one):ACCA Finalist/CA Finalist/ICMA with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or
• M.Com, MBA (Finance), BBA, or BS (Accounting & Finance), 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university, with at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

11. Pharmacist/Store Manager – All over Sindh

• Education: Graduation in Pharmacy with 3 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
• Preferred: Candidates with computer skills and warehouse/supply chain management certificates.

12. Assistant Admin – All over Sindh

• Education: Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or MPA, preferably with experience in a relevant field; or a Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field within a reputable organization.

13. Laboratory Technician – All over Sindh

• Education: Diploma in Laboratory Technician or equivalent, from a recognized institute registered with the Sindh Medical Faculty/Pakistan Nursing Council or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experienced candidates.

14. Xray Technician – All over Sindh

• Education: Diploma in X-Ray Technician or equivalent, from a recognized institute registered with the Sindh Medical Faculty/Pakistan Nursing Council or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experienced candidates.

15. Attendant (BMU) (1-year project)

• Education: Matric Pass, with CNIC Residence or UC Residence Certificate of the specific Union Council.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year or more relevant experience preferred (fresh candidates can also apply).
• Age limit: Less than 45 years.

16. Laboratory Attendant (GeneXpert) (1-year project)

• Education: Matric Pass, with CNIC Residence or UC Residence Certificate of the specific Union Council.

17. Aya/Female Attendant

• Education: Primary Pass, and a local resident of the same Union Council living in the vicinity of the advertised facility.
• Age limit: 18–45 years.
