About the Organization

The Daanish Schools Authority, under the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, has invited applications from eligible Pakistani nationals for positions in its Project Implementation Unit (PIU) and its Secretariat. All appointments are on a contract basis, subject to terms and conditions prescribed/approved by the Competent Authority.

Eligibility Criteria

A. Project Implementation Unit (PIU)

1. National Project Director (NPD) – PPS-11 – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum 16 years' education/Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Management Sciences, Business Administration, Development Studies, or an equivalent field, from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 20 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years at senior management level (PPS-10/BPS-20 or above) in managing large public-sector/development programs or mega projects. The candidate must have served as Project Director/Project Manager for at least 2 projects, each with a project cost of Rs. 2.00 billion or above, and must clearly mention the names, cost, duration, and nature of such projects.
• Preferred: Experience in multi-site infrastructure/education projects, PC-I/PSDP, procurement, financial management, and inter-governmental coordination.
• Age limit: Minimum 45 years.

2–6. Project Director – Gilgit-Baltistan, AJK, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan – PPS-10 – 1 Post Each (5 Total)

• Education: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant allied discipline, from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
• Experience: At least 12 years of proven post-qualification experience in planning, execution, supervision, and management of large-scale infrastructure/development projects. The candidate must have served as Project Director/Project Manager on at least 2 mega projects, each with a project cost of Rs. 2.00 billion or above, and must clearly indicate the project title, role/designation, project cost, duration, and implementing organization.
• Age limit: Minimum 35 years.

7. Director Procurement & Contracts – PPS-9 – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Commerce, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent field, from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in public procurement, tendering, bid evaluation, contract administration, and the PPRA framework. Relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Age limit: Minimum 35 years.

8. Director Finance – PPS-9 – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (Finance), Commerce, Economics, or CA/ACMA/ACCA.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in budgeting, financial management, cash planning, financial reporting, audit, and public-sector/development-project financial controls.
• Age limit: Minimum 35 years.

9. Accounts Officer – PPS-7 – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration (Finance), or CA/ACMA/ACCA.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification proven experience in accounts, budgeting, payments, reconciliations, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Age limit: Minimum 25 years.

10. Auditor – PPS-7 – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or CA/ACMA/ACCA.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant proven experience in internal/external audit, internal controls, compliance, and audit of public-sector/development organizations.
• Age limit: Minimum 25 years.

11. Cashier – PPS-5 – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent discipline from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant proven experience in cash handling, banking, payment documentation, cash book, and financial record-keeping.
• Age limit: Minimum 25 years.

12. Director Monitoring & Evaluation – PPS-9 – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Project Management, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in M&E, including at least 5 years of proven experience in results frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, field monitoring, and evaluation of public/development programs/projects.
• Age limit: Minimum 35 years.

13. Monitoring Specialist – PPS-8 – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, Project Management, Management Sciences, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant proven experience in project monitoring, data analysis, physical/financial progress reporting, dashboards, and results-based monitoring.
• Age limit: Minimum 30 years.

14. Director Legal – PPS-9 – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum LLB/LLM or an equivalent law degree recognized by HEC/Pakistan Bar Council.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years of proven experience involving public-sector law, contracts, procurement, statutory/corporate bodies, litigation, drafting, and regulatory compliance.
• Age limit: Minimum 35 years.

15. Assistant Director IT – PPS-7 – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field, from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant proven experience in IT systems, networks, information security, databases, MIS/ERP, and technical support.
• Age limit: Minimum 25 years.

16. Civil Engineer – PPS-8 – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Civil Engineering, recognized by HEC/PEC, with valid PEC registration.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification proven experience in construction, supervision, contract administration, BOQs, infrastructure/building works, and public-sector development projects.
• Age limit: Minimum 30 years.

17. Quantity Surveyor – PPS-7 – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant proven experience in cost estimation, BOQs, measurements, IPCs, variations, rate analysis, and contract administration.
• Age limit: Minimum 25 years.

18. Architect & Design Coordinator – PPS-9 – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification recognized by HEC/PCATP, with valid PCATP registration.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of proven experience in architectural design, institutional buildings, design coordination, drawings, specifications, codes, and multidisciplinary consultancy coordination.
• Age limit: Minimum 35 years.

19. QA/QC Engineer – PPS-8 – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field, recognized by PEC, with valid PEC registration.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant proven experience in quality assurance/quality control, construction supervision, material testing, specifications, inspection, NCRs, and quality-management systems.
• Age limit: Minimum 30 years.

B. Daanish Schools Authority (DSA) Secretariat

20. Manager Accounts – OG-III/BPS-19 Equivalent – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration (Finance), or CA/ACMA/ACCA, from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years' post-qualification relevant experience, including at least 5 years proven experience in accounts, financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation, audit coordination, and ERP/accounting systems.

21. Manager HR – OG-III/BPS-19 Equivalent – 01 Post

22. Manager Academics – OG-III/BPS-19 Equivalent – 01 Post

• Education: At least 16 years' education in Education, Educational Leadership/Management, Curriculum & Instruction, or a relevant academic discipline, from an HEC-recognized university/institution; MS/MPhil preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years' post-qualification relevant experience, including at least 5 years proven experience in curriculum implementation, academic planning, school quality assurance, teaching-learning improvement, and academic monitoring.

23. Deputy Manager Academics – OG-II/BPS-18 Equivalent – 01 Post

• Education: At least 16 years' education in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership/Management, or a relevant academic discipline, from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years' post-qualification relevant experience, with proven experience in academic planning, curriculum implementation, school monitoring, teaching-learning support, or educational programme management.
• Age limit: Minimum 30 years.

24. Manager Training & CPD – OG-III/BPS-19 Equivalent – 01 Post

• Education: At least 16 years' education in Education, Teacher Education, Educational Leadership, Human Resource Development, or equivalent, from an HEC-recognized university/institution; MS/MPhil preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years' post-qualification relevant experience, including at least 5 years of proven experience in training-needs based assessment, instructional design, teacher training, continuing professional development, and evaluation of training programmes.
• Age limit: Minimum 35 years.

25. Deputy Manager Training & CPD – OG-II/BPS-18 Equivalent – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Education, Teacher Education, Educational Leadership, Human Resource Development, or equivalent, from an HEC-recognized university/institution; MS/MPhil preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years' post-qualification relevant experience, including at least 3 years of proven experience in training program implementation, supervision, analysis, reporting, and coordination.
• Age limit: Minimum 30 years.

26. Estate Officer – OG-I/BPS-17 Equivalent – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Estate/Facilities Management, Business/Public Administration, Management Sciences, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent field, from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years' post-qualification relevant proven experience in property/estate records, facilities, leases, maintenance coordination, utilities, assets, and liaison with public authorities.
• Age limit: Minimum 30 years.

27. Manager Administration – OG-III/BPS-19 Equivalent – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, or equivalent, from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years' post-qualification relevant experience, including at least 5 years of proven experience in general administration, office management, assets, transport, facilities, security coordination, and administrative procurement.
• Age limit: Minimum 35 years.

28. Deputy Manager Procurement – OG-II/BPS-18 Equivalent – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum 16 years' education in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or an equivalent field, from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years' post-qualification relevant experience, including at least 3 years of proven experience in tendering, bid evaluation support, procurement planning, contract administration, and public procurement rules.
• Age limit: Minimum 30 years.
