About the Organization

The Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A) is an autonomous statutory body established under the Public Private Partnership Act, 2017, as amended, with a mandate to strengthen Pakistan’s public-private partnership framework and enable greater private-sector participation in public infrastructure and services. As P3A enters its next phase of growth, it is seeking qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals for four positions.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Head, Finance and Fund Management

• Education: At least a Master’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institution (equivalent to at least 17 years of schooling) in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA or equivalent are also acceptable.
• Experience: Minimum 10 to 12 years (post-16 years’ qualification) of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, or project finance (including PPP experience), from a reputable firm, investment bank, multilateral agency, and/or public-sector organization.
• Age limit: Shall not exceed 62 years on the date of this advertisement.

2. Deputy Head, Fund Management and Investment Promotion

• Education: At least a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institution (equivalent to at least 16 years of schooling) in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA or equivalent are also acceptable.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years (post-16 years’ qualification) of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, or project finance (including PPP experience), from a reputable firm, investment bank, multilateral agency, and/or public-sector organization.
• Age limit: Shall not exceed 60 years on the date of this advertisement.

3. Director, Advisory

• Education: At least a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institution, equivalent to at least 16 years of schooling, in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are also acceptable.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years (post-16 years’ qualification) of relevant experience in advisory roles, strategic consulting, public-private partnerships, infrastructure development, or investment/transaction advisory. Experience working with multilateral organizations, investment banks, and/or public-sector entities is highly desirable.
• Age limit: Shall not exceed 60 years on the date of this advertisement.

4. Associate Director, Finance and Accounts

• Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution, equivalent to at least 16 years of schooling, in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are also acceptable.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years (post-16 years’ qualification) of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, audit, or corporate finance. Experience with a reputable firm, financial institution, multilateral organization, and/or public-sector entity will be preferred.
• Age limit: Shall not exceed 55 years on the date of this advertisement.

Pay Package

A competitive remuneration package, commensurate with experience and qualifications, will be offered to selected candidates, in accordance with P3A’s Human Resources Regulations, 2022. No specific salary figures are stated.
