Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HAZECO), a newly established public sector company under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan, responsible for electricity supply and distribution across 8 districts of Hazara Division, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites applications for 11 Assistant Manager posts across 7 departments.

Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HAZECO) is a newly established public sector company under the administrative control of the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan, responsible for electricity supply and distribution across eight districts of the Hazara Division, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Terms & Conditions

1. Maximum age limit for all positions is 35 years.
2. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test; detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and ineligible candidates may be disqualified at any stage.
3. All candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website, verify their CNIC via a NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk), and print an E-Sahulat token before applying/depositing fees.
4. Candidates must enter their CGPA-to-percentage equivalence as officially declared by their university in the ETEA form, and produce a confirming certificate at interview if required.
5. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
6. Shortlisting will be based on the ETEA test.
7. Positions are purely contractual, on Company Grade M-1, governed under HAZECO Policy on Contract Employment, 2025.
8. Positions are non-pensionable and will never be regularized.
9. Selected candidates may be required to perform duty anywhere within HAZECO's area of service.
10. Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications; incomplete/late applications will not be entertained.
11. Candidates awaiting results are not eligible; only those with completed requisite degrees may apply.
12. Candidates in Government/Semi-Government service must apply through the proper channel, after obtaining NOC.
13. The selected candidate must resign from current employment and submit a relieving letter before joining.
14. Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately for each, with separate fee.
15. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
16. HAZECO reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
17. Dismissed/screened-out employees with a criminal record are not eligible.
18. Concealment or misrepresentation of facts will lead to disqualification.
19. Foreign degree holders must provide an HEC equivalence certificate.
20. Errors/omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

• Visit www.etea.edu.pk to submit your online application for the desired position(s).
• After submission, a prescribed online deposit slip (with token number, project code, and personal information) will be generated.
• Print the deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) via EasyPaisa app/agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank.
• Keep the original deposit slip (bank-stamped) — do not share it with anyone else.
• Do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA after applying; provide copies only if requested for verification.
• Application form available: 12th August 2026 | Last date for submission: 27th August 2026
• Candidates will be informed via SMS to download and print their Roll No. Slip from www.etea.edu.pk (ported/converted mobile numbers not accepted).
• Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip; no separate call letter will be issued by post/courier.
