About the Organization

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is responsible for promoting and developing the game of cricket across Pakistan and maintaining overall control of the sport. PCB is now looking for an experienced, skilled Bowling Coach to join the coaching staff of the Pakistan Men's National Cricket Team, with a key role in developing and improving the bowling skills of national team players.

Eligibility Criteria

Bowling Coach – Pakistan Men's National Cricket Team

• Coaching Accreditation: Minimum Level III Cricket Coaching Accreditation.
• Experience: At least 5 years in a similar coaching role with elite cricketers, national teams, franchise teams, or international teams.
• Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of bowling techniques, game analysis, and player development.
• Monitoring skills: Demonstrated ability to monitor and evaluate current international best practices and processes for developing bowling techniques.
• Track record: Proven success coaching athletes and cricketers to international standards.
  • Other skills:Strong planning, organizing, and execution abilities.
  • Strong management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with people from varied backgrounds.
  • Strong persuasion skills combined with integrity, prudence, and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Added advantage: Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with coaching software.
