Sukkur IBA University has announced contractual positions at its SIBAU Skills, Technology & Entrepreneurship Centers (SSTEC) in Bhan Saeedabad and Sehwan, spanning 19 posts including Centre Manager, various Assistant Managers (Finance, IT & MIS, Administration, Innovation Courtyard, Marketing, and more), Lead and Co-Instructors for Electrical & Solar and Graphic Design disciplines, along with support roles such as Accounts Assistant, Receptionist, Electrical Technician, Driver, Office Boy, Gardener, and Sanitary Staff. Eligibility ranges from a Master's degree (18 years of education) with 8 years of experience for Centre Manager down to Primary-level education for support staff roles, with candidates required to hold a Sindh domicile and preference given to Jamshoro domicile holders for posts 16–19. Interested candidates must apply online through the STS Portal (www.apply.sts.net.pk) by September 21, 2026, along with a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1,500 or Rs. 500 depending on the position applied for.

About the University

Sukkur IBA University is inviting applications from dynamic, qualified, and motivated candidates for contractual positions at the SIBAU Skills, Technology & Entrepreneurship Centers (SSTEC), located in Bhan Saeedabad and Sehwan. Recruitment tests will be conducted through SIBA Testing Services (STS), and candidates meeting the specified criteria are encouraged to apply for the following positions.

How to Apply

1. Interested candidates must submit their applications online through the STS Portal at http://www.apply.sts.net.pk on or before September 21, 2026. Manual applications will not be accepted.
2. Candidates must upload their CNIC (front and back), domicile certificate, PRC/Form-D, a recent passport-size photograph, NOC (for government servants), and all relevant academic documents. Any required certifications must also be uploaded.
3. Candidates with disabilities are required to upload a CNIC bearing the wheelchair logo issued by NADRA.
4. After completing the online application, candidates can download a system-generated challan of Rs. 1,500 for positions listed at Serial No. 1–15, or Rs. 500 for positions at Serial No. 16–19. Payment can be made at any Allied Bank Limited (ABL) branch, through the MyABL app, or via the 1Bill reference number through any 1Bill-linked bank's internet banking portal. This fee is non-refundable.
5. Candidates wishing to be considered for both centers (Bhan Saeedabad and Sehwan) must apply and pay the challan separately for each center.
6. Female candidates will be given equal opportunity to participate.
7. Candidates should use only their active mobile number in the application form and avoid numbers that have been ported to another network.

Important Notes

• The date, time, and venue of the test will be communicated later via SMS alert; candidates must regularly check the STS portal for updates on test dates, admit slips, and results.
• In case of any objection during the scrutiny process, candidates will be notified via SMS and must respond within three days, or the application will be rejected.
• No queries will be entertained after the issuance of admit slips for the MCQ-based written test.
• Incomplete applications or those with missing documents will not be entertained after the closing date.
• Providing false, exaggerated, or misleading information will result in rejection of the application and may lead to termination of employment at any stage.
• All appointments will be made purely on a contractual basis under SSTEC, Bhan Saeedabad & Sehwan, initially for one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance and continued availability of regular grant-in-aid from the Government of Sindh.
• The recruitment test will be conducted strictly on merit through STS.
• Only candidates holding a Sindh domicile are eligible to apply.
• For positions from Serial No. 16 to 19, preference will be given to candidates holding a District Jamshoro domicile.
• The university reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of advertised positions, or cancel the recruitment process, without assigning any reason.
• Only shortlisted candidates fulfilling the eligibility requirements will be called for test/interview.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
