Eligibility Criteria

1. Senior Machine Learning Engineer

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong expertise in Python, LLMs, Transformers, and AI/ML systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to build and optimize RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques (LoRA/QLoRA), along with experience in vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, and Weaviate.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, SQL, and cloud-based ML infrastructure.
• Strong focus on infrastructure automation, platform reliability, testing, and DevOps practices.

2. Frontend Engineer (React and JavaScript)

• A minimum of 3 years of frontend development experience, with strong React.js skills.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly UI components.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and collaborating with backend teams.
• Solid understanding of React Hooks, state management, and component architecture.
• Strong focus on performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

3. Senior Backend Engineer (JavaScript and Node.js)

• A minimum of 8 years of hands-on backend engineering experience.
• Strong Node.js experience in building scalable backend systems and distributed services.
• Experience designing RESTful/GraphQL APIs and production-ready architectures.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, security, and audit logging.
• Strong focus on performance, reliability, monitoring, testing, and observability.
• An AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor to accelerate development.
• Ability to independently own technical design and architectural decisions.

4. Integration Engineer

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, C#/.NET, or C/C++.
• Deep technical competency in managing IPC frameworks (WebSockets, HTTP, gRPC, named pipes, etc.) for bridge stability.
• Experience building or working with desktop application plugin/extension systems or IDE architectures.
• Experience orchestrating autonomous agents via external harnesses, tool-use, or APIs for dynamic, real-time automation.
• Ability to debug runtime and environment issues on Windows.
