Instructions & Eligibility Notes

1. Only one 2nd Division is allowed across the entire educational career; the final degree must be 1st Division with a minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00. No 3rd Division is allowed.
2. Degrees, diplomas, and certificates must be from HEC/PEC/Government-recognized institutes. For A-Level/O-Level/foreign degrees, an equivalence certificate from IBCC/HEC is required, clearly stating division/percentage/CGPA.
3. Prescribed educational qualifications must be acquired on or before the closing date.
4. "Post Qualification Experience" means experience gained after attaining the required qualification, up to the closing date.
5. Age limit: minimum 18 years, maximum 35 years, calculated as of the closing date; upper age limit may be relaxed for specialized experience/qualification.
6. Only candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria may apply; candidature not meeting requirements may be cancelled at any stage.
7. Employment will be offered against Contributory Pension Fund (CPF)/Provident Fund (PF), per government policy.
8. Candidates already serving in Government/Semi-Government organizations must apply through the proper channel.
9. Meeting the selection criteria does not guarantee shortlisting — only the most qualified applicants will be shortlisted if applications exceed capacity.
10. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
