About the Organization

Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), the apex regulator of Pakistan's Capital Markets and Corporate Sector, is inviting applications from qualified, result-oriented, and dynamic professionals with impeccable integrity and strong analytical capabilities for an Islamabad-based position in its Data Science and Research Department.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: A Master's or Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Economics, Law, Mathematics, Finance, Business Studies, or any other relevant background from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience: Candidates must demonstrate at least 15 years of progressively responsible, post-qualification relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in research publications related to the insurance, NBFC, and securities markets.

Age Limit: The maximum age should not exceed 50 years as of the closing date of application submission.

Nature & Duration of Employment

The appointment will be made on a contractual basis for a term of three years, extendable based on organizational need and performance. The Commission may consider regularization of the position after completion of three years, subject to fulfillment of the prescribed criteria for this purpose.
