Sindh Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (SIPM&R) has announced contractual vacancies at its Satellite Centre in Paretabad, Hyderabad, for five positions: Speech Language Therapist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Nutritionist, and EMG/NCV Technician, all under the Merit Sindh quota. Eligible candidates must hold Sindh domicile and post-specific qualifications ranging from a BS degree to an 18-year MS/MSc in relevant fields such as Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Nutrition, or Physiology from HEC-recognized institutions, with experience requirements varying from nil (Occupational Therapist) to 2 years for most other posts. Interested candidates must fill out the online application form at sipmr.edu.pk/jobs/, and send required documents, CV, and a Rs. 1,500 non-refundable pay order via courier, within 15 days of the advertisement's publication; applications submitted in person will not be accepted.

About the Organization

Sindh Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (SIPM&R) is seeking applications from highly skilled and experienced candidates for the following positions at its Satellite Centre, Paretabad, Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Speech Language Therapist

Qualification: BS/MA/MS in Speech Therapy from an HEC-recognized University/Institution with an accreditation certificate. Diploma holders are not eligible to apply.

Experience: Preferably one year of experience in a tertiary care hospital, autonomous, semi-autonomous body, Government of Sindh, or any reputable private institution; fresh candidates may also apply.

2. Physiotherapist

Qualification: At least 18 years of education with an MS/MSc/Equivalent Degree in Physical Therapy from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physiotherapist in any tertiary care hospital/autonomous body/semi-autonomous body, Government of Sindh, or any reputable private institution.

3. Occupational Therapist

Qualification: BS in Occupational Therapy from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

Experience: Nil.

4. Nutritionist

Qualification: At least 16 years of education with a BS in Nutrition or a relevant degree from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

Experience: Preferably 2 years of experience in a tertiary care hospital, autonomous, semi-autonomous body, Government of Sindh, or any reputable private institution.

5. EMG/NCV Technician

Qualification: At least 16 years of education with a Bachelor's in Physiology or a relevant degree from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

Experience: Preferably 2 years of experience in a tertiary care hospital, autonomous, semi-autonomous body, Government of Sindh, or any reputable private institution.

General Guidelines to Apply at SIPM&R

2. Candidates possessing working experience in a public sector institution will be given preference.
3. Candidates in Government service should apply through the proper channel.
