The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is hiring staff for its Project Management Unit (PMU) overseeing the New Islamabad Convention, Exhibition, and Expo Centre. CDA invites applications for 7 positions on a contract basis. Applications must reach the address below by 17th August 2026, up to 1400 hours.

About the Project

The New Islamabad Convention, Exhibition, and Expo Centre is a major infrastructure development under the Capital Development Authority, requiring a dedicated Project Management Unit to oversee design, construction, MEP, IT, BIM, finance, and documentation functions.

Age Limit: 30–40 years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Architecture, Library Sciences, HR Management, Social Sciences, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience. Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), Microsoft Office, and project collaboration platforms required; experience with BIM-enabled document management systems is an advantage, and an advanced degree is preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain a centralized repository of technical, financial, contractual, administrative, and correspondence records in physical and digital form. Implement document coding, indexing, classification, and retrieval protocols; operate and update the EDMS or document tracking system with version control. Coordinate with PMU teams, consultants, contractors, and departments on document submission and validation, and support audits, inspections, and management reporting through periodic file reviews and status reports.
