Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited (LESCO) is offering 173 job opportunities on contract basis across 12 positions, spanning engineering, clerical, technical, and support roles. LESCO, incorporated under the Companies Ordinance 1984, distributes electricity to 7.28 million consumers across Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara, and Nankana districts, and employs more than 19,000 people.

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) is one of Pakistan's largest power distribution companies, responsible for electricity supply across Lahore and four surrounding districts.

General Terms & Conditions

1. All appointments are purely on contract basis, market-based lump sum package, non-pensionable, with no long-term benefits, and will not be converted into permanent positions.
2. For posts Sr. #3–12, only candidates with domicile from Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara & Nankana Sahib are eligible.
3. OTS charges 50% of the test fee to applicants; the applicant pays Rs. 80/-, with the remainder covered by LESCO.
4. Only candidates who have completed their degree are eligible; those with pending final results will not be considered.
5. CGPA-based degrees will be evaluated against the HEC standard conversion chart.
6. Government/semi-government employees should apply through the proper channel; an advance copy may be forwarded without NOC, but the candidate must produce NOC before the interview.
7. Government servants with 2 years' continuous service on the closing date may apply through proper channel but will not be regularized in LESCO.
8. General age relaxation is already included; scheduled castes and Buddhists get an additional 3 years, and qualifying government servants get up to 10 years relaxation. 9–11. Specific documentation and affidavit requirements apply for the 20% LESCO Employees' Children Quota.
9. All relevant quotas will be observed as mentioned against each post.
10. Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately for each.
11. Minimum passing marks in the written test is 50%.
12. Only candidates meeting eligibility criteria for each post will be allowed to appear in the written test; passing the test alone does not guarantee employment.
13. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere within LESCO's jurisdiction.
14. LESCO reserves the right to increase/decrease posts or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
15. Dismissed/screened-out employees or those with a criminal record are not eligible.
16. Concealment or misrepresentation of facts will lead to disqualification; bogus documents will result in withdrawal of employment and recovery of salaries paid. 20–24. Additional procedural conditions apply regarding queries, litigation, TA/DA (not admissible), incomplete applications, and the submission deadline (18.08.2026).

• Applications submitted by hand or received after the due date will not be entertained.
