Punjab Education Foundation (PEF), an autonomous body under the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, has announced a wide range of career opportunities across 23 position categories, including Deputy Director (Audit, IT-Software Development, IT-Android Development, Law), Assistant Director (Finance, Audit, IT-Network Support, IT-Software Development, Content Writer), Subject Specialists (English, Physics, Computer Science, Urdu), multiple Officer-level posts (general, Finance, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, IT), Executive Assistants, an Executive Assistant (Photographer), and Drivers, on a one-year extendable contract basis with salaries ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 196,250. Eligibility varies significantly by post, from Matric for Driver to 16 years of education with specialized technical or professional experience for Deputy Director roles, with age limits ranging from 33 to 40 years. Interested candidates must apply online through www.ctspak.com by September 17, 2026, submit the required processing fee via The Bank of Punjab, and send the signed application along with supporting documents by post/courier to CTS, Lahore, by September 21, 2026, as shortlisting and the written test will be conducted by Central Testing Service Pakistan (CTS).

About the Organization

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) is an autonomous body under the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, providing free quality education to approximately 4 million children across the province. PEF is seeking ambitious and experienced professionals for the following positions.

Terms of Appointment

The appointment will be on a contract basis for one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance. The post carries a competitive market-based salary and other benefits; however, in the case of government servants, salary will be fixed as per PEF policy. Experience from unpaid jobs, freelancing, internships, part-time work, or work experience compulsory for a degree program will not be accepted. Experience working in medium/large-sized organizations will only be considered; for Officer-level IT posts, experience in small-sized organizations will also be considered.

1. Application forms and the online fee challan are available on the Central Testing Services website: https://www.ctspak.com.
2. Applicants must submit the online application form by September 17, 2026 (Thursday), 5:00 PM, via the link: https://ctspak.com/pef-2628/. For queries regarding online submission, candidates may contact the number provided in the advertisement.
3. Candidates must submit the processing fee through the prescribed fee challan at any online branch of The Bank of Punjab, Account No. 6510003300400083, by September 17, 2026, via https://www.ctspak.com/Pef-2510. The deposited amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Candidates must carefully fill the online form in light of the guidelines and instructions mentioned in the advertisement.
5. After successful submission of the online application, candidates must print the completed online application form, sign every page, and attach the following documents:
   • Latest CV
   • Original bank deposit slip
   • NOC (if required)
   • Attested copy of domicile (Punjab Province only)
   • Attested latest two passport-size photographs
   • Attested copies of CNIC and all academic credentials, including marks detail (Matric to the last degree, equivalence certificate, Hafiz-e-Quran certificate, merit certificate)
   • Attested experience certificate(s)
6. The complete hard copy must reach the address given below via post/courier by September 21, 2026 (Monday), 5:00 PM.
7. Incomplete, unsigned applications, applications with incorrect information, or those received in parts or after the last date for submission of the hard copy, will not be accepted and will stand rejected.
8. If a candidate intends to apply for more than one post, they must use a separate application form and deposit a separate fee for each post.
9. Intimation of the written test date, time, and centers, along with necessary instructions, will be communicated to shortlisted candidates by CTS.
10. The number of vacancies can be increased or decreased at any time without prior notice.
11. PEF has the right to reject or cancel any application at any stage during the recruitment process without assigning any reason.

13. Only top candidates as per PEF's recruitment criteria will be called for interview.
