Punjab Education Foundation (PEF), an autonomous body under the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, has announced 56 vacancies for the position of Master Trainer (MT) across 34 districts of Punjab, offering a salary of Rs. 112,500 per month plus allowances on a one-year extendable contract basis. Eligible candidates must hold a minimum of 16 years of education with a B.Ed/M.Ed from an HEC-recognized university, at least 2 years of teaching experience, and must apply within their own district based on Punjab domicile, with a maximum age limit of 40 years. Interested candidates must apply online through www.ctspak.com by September 14, 2026, submit the required processing fee via The Bank of Punjab, and send the signed application along with supporting documents by post/courier to CTS, Lahore, by September 18, 2026, as shortlisting and the written test will be conducted by Central Testing Service Pakistan (CTS).

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) is an autonomous body under the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, providing free education to around 4 million children across the province. PEF is seeking ambitious and experienced individuals for the position of Master Trainer (MT).

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• A minimum of 16 years of education, with a B.Ed/M.Ed from an HEC-recognized university.
• Candidates with only one second division and no third division throughout their academic career are eligible to apply.
• Candidates holding an MS/MPhil/MA in Education will be given preference.

Experience

• Must have at least 2 years of teaching experience; experience as a Master Trainer/Teacher Trainer will be preferred.
• Applicants must hold domicile of Punjab, and can only apply within their own district (as per domicile).
• Experience from unpaid jobs, freelance work, part-time work, or compulsory work experience for a degree program will not be accepted; only experience gained at Board Affiliated Schools/Registered Chains will be considered.
• Excellent communication, dissemination, and pedagogical skills are required.
• Selection of candidates will be based on the number of vacancies available in each district.

Terms of Appointment

The appointment will be on a contract basis for one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance. The post carries a competitive market-based salary and other benefits; however, in the case of government servants, salary will be fixed as per PEF policy. Experience of working in medium-sized or large organizations will only be considered.

3. Candidates must submit the processing fee through the prescribed fee challan at any online branch of The Bank of Punjab, Account No. 6510003300400083, by September 14, 2026. The deposited amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Candidates must carefully fill the online form in light of the guidelines and instructions mentioned in the advertisement.
5. After successful submission of the online application, candidates must print the completed online application form, sign every page, and attach the following documents:
   • Latest CV
   • Original bank deposit slip
   • NOC (if required)
   • Attested copy of domicile (Punjab Province only)
   • Attested latest two passport-size photographs
   • Attested copies of CNIC and all academic credentials, including marks detail (Matric to the last degree, equivalence certificate, Hafiz-e-Quran certificate, merit certificate)
   • Attested experience certificate(s)
6. The complete hard copy must reach the address given below via post/courier by September 18, 2026 (Friday), 5:00 PM.
7. Incomplete, unsigned applications, applications with incorrect information, or those received in parts or after the last date for submission of the hard copy, will not be accepted and will stand rejected.
8. Intimation of the written test date, time, and centers, along with necessary instructions, will be communicated to shortlisted candidates by CTS.
9. The number of vacancies can be increased or decreased at any time without prior notice.
10. PEF has the right to reject or cancel any application at any stage during the recruitment process without assigning any reason.

12. Only top candidates as per PEF's recruitment criteria will be called for interview.
