Punjab ITID Jobs 2026 – Project Director, Managers & Project Assistant Vacancies

The Information Technology & Innovation Department (ITID), Government of Punjab has announced multiple contract-based career opportunities under the Punjab Frontier Tech Skills Acceleration & ICT for Girls Project. Applications are invited from highly qualified, dynamic and experienced professionals holding Punjab domicile.

The available positions include Project Director/Program Head, Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Manager Finance & Accounts, Manager Procurement & Contracts, Assistant Manager IT & Data, and Project Assistant. These positions offer attractive monthly lump-sum salaries ranging from PKR 105,000 to PKR 796,000.

Candidates must possess the required bachelor's or master's degree in the relevant discipline. Qualifications include Business, Public Policy, Project Management, Information Technology, Data Science, Finance, Commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement, Computer Science and Software Engineering. Relevant professional certifications such as CA, ACCA and PMP will be preferred where applicable.

Applicants should also have the required post-qualification experience. Depending on the position, experience ranges from 1 to 15 years in project management, monitoring & evaluation, finance, procurement, IT systems, data analytics or software-related fields.

The appointments will be made on a contract basis for an initial period of three years, extendable as per project requirements. The last date to submit applications is 26 August 2026 (5:00 PM). Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews.

• Candidates holding foreign qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate issued by HEC, IBCC or the relevant authority.
• Recruitment will be carried out under the Punjab Contract Appointment Policy 2004 and Recruitment Policy 2022.
• ITID reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
