Available Posts, Eligibility & Responsibilities

1. Finance & Accounts Officer (OG-I / AVP-I / AVP) – 2 Posts

Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant experience Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institute/university (national/international); partly qualified CA or ICMA candidates are also eligible. Max Age: 45 years as on closing date

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with branches/divisions for data collection required in preparation of periodic financial statements.
• Assist in preparing periodic financial statements in accordance with applicable IFRS/IAS and SBP directives.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory inspection teams, ensuring timely resolution of audit queries.
• Coordinate with branches and the treasury division for fund remittance and liaison with commercial banks.
• Assist in preparation of the annual budget and subsequent monitoring.
• Coordinate control testing/compliance of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting.
• Prepare monthly turnover data for advance tax computation by the bank's tax department.
• Coordinate with branches/cost centers on data anomalies.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), including Oracle Hyperion, will be an added advantage.
• Perform any other task assigned by management.

2. Head NPL Monitoring (VP-I / VP) – Interior Sindh/Baluchistan – 1 Post

Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in a bank/financial institution Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institute/university (national/international) Max Age: 50 years as on closing date

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor overdue accounts and initiate timely recovery actions per regulatory and bank guidelines.
• Develop and implement strategies for recovery of overdue and infected portfolio.
• Develop and implement plans to maximize recovery.
• Supervise field teams and ensure timely follow-up on defaulted accounts.
• Conduct regular field visits to customers with overdue loans/infected portfolio to secure recovery/collection.
• Proactively identify and assess risks associated with delinquent accounts.
• Coordinate with the legal department on cases under litigation, including recovery through courts or other legal means.
• Liaise with local administration and law enforcement agencies.
• Maintain track record of managing recovery at region/area level.
• Train and build capacity among branch staff on recovery procedures and systems.
• Monitor and implement the strategic recovery plan.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to infected portfolio, staying updated on regulatory changes.
• Perform any other task assigned by management.

1. Maximum age limit: 50 years for VP-I/VP; 45 years for OG-I/AVP-I/AVP, as on the closing date to apply.
