• Application forms may be downloaded from the HITMS website or obtained from the Office of the Registrar. The completed application form, along with a Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) as the application processing fee in favor of Hyderabad Institute for Technology & Management Sciences (HITMS), should be submitted with all required documents. Applications must reach the Office of the Registrar within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.

1. Candidates shall submit one copy of their bio-data/CV along with attested copies of educational degrees, certificates, one recent passport-size photograph, and research publications (where applicable), properly bound.
2. Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel.
3. Qualification and experience shall be determined as of the closing date for submission of applications.
4. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application form, processing fee, and supporting documents for each post.
5. Incomplete applications, including those without the required educational, professional, or experience certificates, processing fee, or applications received after the due date, shall not be entertained. The envelope must clearly mention the post applied for.
