Eligibility Criteria

1. General Manager Biomedical Engineering (JMC-03) – 01 Post

• Education: Master’s in Biomedical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in biomedical engineering, including hospital planning and medical equipment planning, procurement, installation, and commissioning. JCI hospital experience preferred.
• Key Skills: Medical equipment planning, tendering, technical evaluation, commissioning, and asset management.
• Max age: 45 years.

2. Manager Structure Engineering (JMC-04) – 01 Post

• Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; a Master’s in Structural Engineering is preferred. PEC registration required.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, preferably in hospital/high-rise projects.
• Key Skills: Structural design/review, site supervision, and proficiency in ETABS/SAFE/Revit.
• Max age: 40 years.

3. Manager Project Construction Management (JMC-04) – 01 Post

• Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; PEC/PE registration required.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction project management, execution, and contract administration, including 3 years in a leadership role. Hospital, high-rise, and EPC experience preferred.
• Key Skills: Project lifecycle, contracts, cost, schedule, variations, quality, and risk management.
• Max age: 45 years.

4. Manager Planning & Controlling Engineering (JMC-04) – 01 Post

• Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering (any discipline); PEC registration required.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring, preferably in large-scale/healthcare projects. EPC experience preferred.
• Key Skills: Primavera P6, scheduling, delay analysis, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Max age: 40 years.

5. Manager Contract Management (JMC-04) – 01 Post

• Education: LLB required; LLM or corporate legal training preferred; Barrister-at-Law or Advocate of High Court.
• Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in corporate/commercial law and contract management.
• Key Skills: Contract drafting/negotiation, contract lifecycle management, risk/compliance, dispute resolution, and knowledge of PPRA/PEC contractual frameworks.
• Max age: 45 years.

6. Receptionist/Front Desk Officer (JMC-07) – 01 Post

• Education: Minimum Intermediate; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in receptionist/front desk, administration, customer service, or a similar role.
• Gender: Female.
• Max age: 35 years.

Pay Package

All posts offer a market-based/industry-competitive pay package. No specific salary figures are stated.
