Eligibility Criteria

• All qualifications must be from an institute/university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
• Professor (BPS-21): Ph.D. + 15 years teaching/research or professional experience (or 10 years post-Ph.D.) + 15 HEC-recognized research publications (5 within the last 5 years).
• Associate Professor (BPS-20): Ph.D. + 10 years teaching/research or professional experience (or 5 years post-Ph.D.) + 10 HEC-recognized research publications (4 within the last 5 years).
• Assistant Professor (BPS-19): Ph.D. or equivalent qualification in the relevant field.
• Lecturer (BPS-18): MS or M.Phil. or equivalent qualification in the relevant field.
• Posts marked with an asterisk (*) may carry additional/specific departmental requirements — candidates should confirm details in the official advertisement.

Nature of Appointment
