WAPDA is looking for competent, dedicated, and self-motivated professionals to join WAPDA Primary School, Golen Gol Hydel Power Station, Chitral, on a contingent basis, for locals of Chitral. A total of 4 posts are available across 3 teaching categories.

Candidates should submit duly filled application forms at the office of the Resident Engineer, Golen Gol Hydel Power Station, Chitral, by 17th August 2026.

About the Post

WAPDA Primary School, located at the Golen Gol Hydel Power Station, Chitral, is seeking Trained Graduate Teachers on a contingent basis, restricted to candidates holding Chitral domicile.

Instructions & General Conditions

1. All candidates will be selected on merit, observing local hiring.
2. Candidates applying on the appropriate application form for available posts will only be considered for shortlisting.
3. Serving candidates are advised to apply through the proper channel.
4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
5. No TA/DA will be allowed to candidates for test/interview by WAPDA.
6. Educational degree must be from an HEC-recognized university.
7. General age relaxation is already included in the age limits above; no further relaxation is allowed except 3 years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and the Buddhist Community.
8. Serving employees should apply through the proper channel; an advance copy may be forwarded without obtaining NOC, but the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the interview without producing NOC.
9. Original documents must be presented by candidates at the time of interview.
10. Candidates will be called for interviews/further process subject to detailed scrutiny of documents and eligibility verification under the rules.
11. Any bogus information found at any stage — during induction or later in service — will result in termination.
12. WAPDA reserves the right to withhold the recruitment process at any stage; the number of posts can be increased or decreased by the competent authority.
13. A Police Clearance Certificate from the relevant Police Station is mandatory along with the application form.
14. Last date for submission of applications: 17th August 2026.
