About the Organization

The Military Lands and Cantonments Department, Ministry of Defence, Pano Aqil Cantt, has invited applications from eligible candidates to fill vacant teaching and administrative positions within the Cantt Public Education System, located opposite Station Market, Pano Aqil Cantt.

Eligibility Criteria

Junior Teacher (Grades V & VI – English/Urdu)

Qualification: MA/MSc/BS (16 years of education); candidates with a BA/BSc may also apply specifically for Backward Areas; B.Ed is mandatory, though preferred (not required) for Backward Areas postings; IT skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel) are mandatory.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years at a reputed institution.

Montessori Teacher (For PG & Prep Classes)

Qualification: MA/MSc/BS (16 years of education); candidates with a BA/BSc may also apply for Backward Areas; a 1-year Montessori Diploma from a recognized institution is mandatory; IT skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel) are mandatory.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of Montessori-level teaching.

Senior Teachers/Subject Specialist (Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Chemistry)

Qualification: MA/MSc/BS (16 years of education) in the relevant subject; MPhil/MS (18 years of education) preferred; B.Ed/M.Ed preferred; IT skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel) are mandatory.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years at a reputed school or college.

Islamiyat/Nazra Teacher (For Class 1 to 5)

Qualification: BA in the relevant subject (14 years of education), along with Shahadat-ul-Aalmia Fil Uloom-il-Arabia Wal Islamia (16-year Sanad) from a HEC-affiliated Wafaq-ul-Madaris.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years, which is mandatory.

PTI (Physical Training Instructor)

Qualification: Intermediate (12 years of education). Preferred additional qualifications include coaching courses from recognized institutions, departmental/provincial/district-level coaching or playing experience, and physical training courses from a recognized institution.

Experience: 3 years of coaching or playing experience. Retired persons from the Armed Forces, CAF, Police, or other departments with requisite experience/qualification may also apply.

Admin Supervisor

Qualification: Retired Army or Armed Forces equivalent of Subedar Major (SM), Subedar (Sub), or Naib Subedar (N Sub).
