Pay Package

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 1,373,230, with a 5% annual increment, under a three-year contract that may be extended.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Intermediate or an equivalent qualification from a recognized education board.
• Must currently hold, or have previously held, an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with a type rating on a Commercial Transport Aircraft with a Maximum Gross Takeoff Weight (MGTOW) of 40,000 kg or more.
• Not less than 5,000 hours of experience as Pilot-in-Command of Commercial Air Transport Aircraft with an MGTOW of 40,000 kg or more.
• Must hold a Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) or Type Rating Examiner (TRE) endorsement on an ATPL for commercial aircraft with an MGTOW of 40,000 kg or more.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience as a pilot in Commercial Air Transport Aircraft.
• Experience in operational management will be considered an advantage, particularly with a background in airline operations, safety management, or regulatory oversight.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and report-writing skills.
• Computer literacy is mandatory.

• Tests/interviews will be conducted in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta, with separate notices issued depending on the number of candidates.
• Candidates called for interview must bring original documents for verification.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
• Appointment will be subject to PCAA's medical fitness standards.
• Selected candidates will be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan as per PCAA's requirements.
• Government servants and employees of autonomous bodies/corporations must submit an NOC from their current employer before the interview.
• Applications received after the due date will not be considered or entertained.
• Any misinformation or attempt to influence the selection process will result in definite disqualification from current and future recruitment at PCAA, regardless of the candidate's qualifications.
