The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has announced 16 vacancies under its Online Recruitment System (ORS), comprising 10 posts of Senior Assistant (BS-15) and 6 posts of Sub Assistant (BS-11), allocated across Merit, Punjab, Sindh (Urban/Rural), and KP quotas, with a special allocation for Women and Non-Muslim Minority candidates within the Punjab quota for Senior Assistant. Eligible candidates must hold a Graduate degree for Senior Assistant or Matric with a typing speed of 30 words per minute for Sub Assistant, along with mandatory government-recognized IT training, and fall within an age limit of 18 to 28 years (Senior Assistant) or 18 to 25 years (Sub Assistant), with selected candidates liable to serve anywhere in Pakistan. Interested candidates should apply through ECP's Online Recruitment System at www.ecp.gov.pk or jobs.ecp.gov.pk within 20 days of the advertisement's publication in newspapers.

About the Organization

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) is inviting applications from suitable male and female candidates for appointment to the following posts through its Online Recruitment System (ORS).

Important Instructions

i. All interested candidates may apply through ECP's Online Recruitment System (ORS) by visiting www.ecp.gov.pk or jobs.ecp.gov.pk within 20 days of the printing of this advertisement in the newspapers.

ii. Relaxation of the upper age limit, including a 5-year general relaxation over and above the prescribed age limit, shall also be admissible under the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993.

iii. Persons already in Government Service should apply through the proper channel.

iv. Basic IT training course/certification is mandatory for the said posts, duly recognized and affiliated by the Government.

v. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.

vi. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.

vii. The Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies, or cancel the recruitment process altogether at any stage, without assigning any reason(s).

viii. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the process of recruitment of an advertised post, partially or totally, without assigning any reason.

ix. Applications received after the cut-off date shall not be entertained.
